How do i take care of my pots?
Clay and glazes are food safe. They can be used in the dishwasher and microwave. Avoid exposure to open flame or electric burner.

How do i pay?
You can pay with all major credit cards.
Tennessee residents pay TN sales tax.

How do you ship?
I will ship via usps priority mail or ups to all domestic addresses. All orders will go out within 3-5 days after having been purchased. If you order multiple pots at check out the shipping may be overestimated. I will issue a refund on the difference if applicable. Please be sure your shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Is it possible to pick up locally?
During Covid-19 pick up is available at my studio at 6640 Jocelyn Hollow Rd, Nashville, TN 37205 with prior arrangement. Choose PICK UP at check out.

Do you ship international?
Yes. A 60 dollar flat fee is added at check out. Once actual shipping cost is calculated, I will either issue a refund of the excess or charge for the additional cost.

Can i make a return/exchange/cancellation?
No cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds unless you have received a damaged item. Please contact me if you are unhappy with your item.
My purchase arrived damaged. What now?
If your piece arrived broken, please contact me within 3 days after you have received the order. Take a picture of the package and the broken item. Keep both broken item and all packaging for insurance purposes. I will replace your item if possible.

Can i schedule an in person shopping appointment during Covid-19?
Yes. Please contact me at cerconepottery@gmail.com to schedule your appointment. The studio is presently at 6640 Jocelyn Hollow Rd, Nashville, TN 37205. Please wear a mask when you visit. You can pay with check or credit card.
